"Nothing but the best!"
When people invest in a luxury apartment, they expect nothing but the best.
And that’s what Tasman Aluminium delivered for the Kingsview Luxury Apartments, a 12-storey complex which also features a hotel and shopping facilities.
For the ultimate in weathertightness - and enduring style - we chose the luxurious finish of the ‘Iridium Suite’ of aluminium joinery.
A stunning feature of this complex is the 8-metre wide glass wall which extends 12 storeys! This was a world first and Tasman Aluminium has established itself at the forefront of fabrication and installation innovation. The glass wall feature was designed in the USA, extruded by ASL in Hamilton, and fabricated at our own facilities in Tauranga.
Proving no job is too challenging, Tasman Aluminium is part of the team completing this huge project on time and on budget. |

Security, safety and stylish good looks were three of the priorities for this retirement village, Acadia on the Avenues.
Working with the owners and architects, we designed and installed the Elite range of windows and doors for a consistently stylish look throughout the complex and individual apartments.
The quality of joinery, fittings and glazing ensured we met the high security requirements…as well as providing complete weathertightness and warmth. |

There’s no busier area for windows and doors than in an educational environment - which is why we installed the highly durable Elite range of windows and doors for this new secondary school in Tauranga, Aquinas College.
It was also perfectly suited to the bright and modern look of the school, creating a consistent look throughout the complex.
We also got ‘full marks’ for completing this project within a short time-frame for construction! |
